Have you ever eaten rice pudding?

Today we are going to make rice pudding. It is very easy to make and gets ready in less time. The specialty of this kheer is that it will be ready in very less time. We will make it in a cooker. So you too make rice pudding with this easy recipe and let your family and guests taste its special sweetness.
Ingredients Rice - 2 tbsp (30 grams) Milk - 1/2 liter, full cream Cardamom - 4 Almonds - 1 tbsp Cashews - 1 tbsp Coconut - 1 tbsp, chopped Chironji - 1 tbsp Raisins - 1 tbsp Malai - Fresh cream - 3 tbsp Sugar - 1/4 cup (50 grams) Saffron Straw - Process of making Saffron Straw Wash 2 tbsp rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20-25 minutes. Then soak the cooker with water and add 1/2 liter milk in it and cook on high flame till it boils. Meanwhile, peel 4 small cardamoms and grate them. - When the milk boils, reduce the heat and remove the water and add the soaked rice.
Then add 1 tablespoon chopped almonds, 1 tablespoon chopped cashews, 1 tablespoon chopped coconut, 1 tablespoon chironji, 1 tablespoon raisins and coarsely crushed cardamom. Stir them and add 3 teaspoons of cream to it. Now close the cooker and cook on high flame till one whistle comes. As soon as one whistle comes, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame and let the cooker cool down. When the cooker cools down, open it and add 1/4 cup sugar. Reduce the flame and cook it on the flame till the sugar dissolves completely. When the sugar dissolves, turn off the flame and let it cool down. In this way, rice kheer is ready, serve it and enjoy its taste.
