In Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, the miscreants who entered the house late on Tuesday night beat the woman to death. Seeing the blood splattered in the room, the family members screamed. Hearing the noise, the villagers gathered. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and gathered information by inspecting the spot. The incident took place in Khitavata village of Kosikala police station area. Village resident Dharamveer lived with his wife Maya (75) in a house built on the farm. Maya was sleeping in the downstairs room of the house and Dharamveer was sleeping in the upstairs room. The miscreants who entered the house late at night caught Maya. They slammed her head and face against the wall and made her bleed. After this, they fled after taking off the earrings, anklets, bangles worn on the hands. She died in a short time. When Maya did not wake up till late on Wednesday morning, the family members went to see. Seeing the scene in the room, they screamed. Blood was scattered in the room. Maya's body was lying soaked in blood. Blood stains were visible all around. When the news spread, the villagers reached there. The police was informed about it. On receiving the information, SP Rural Triguna Vishen, CO Ashish Sharma, Inspector in-charge Ajit Singh reached there with the force. The forensic team reached there and collected evidence. Inspector in-charge Ajit Singh said that something can be said only after investigation.
